Hi {firstName}, thanks for sharing that with me. Starting a new phase of treatment can bring up a lot of questions, and the hardest part is often the uncertainty rather than the symptoms themselves.
A few things are worth knowing as you think about what's next. Most people in your situation find that the practical side-effects are more manageable when they're anticipated than when they're reactive. Your care team can often provide guidance before each step rather than only after symptoms appear.
There are three areas I'd encourage you to bring up with your team at your next appointment. First, ask specifically about what support is available between visits. Many patients don't realise this exists until they ask. Second, plan for lower-energy days. Having a trusted person on call for the first 48–72 hours after each treatment can make a real difference. Third, keep a simple log of how you're feeling. This gives your care team useful information to adjust your plan over time.
You're not going to navigate this alone. The support is there, and you're already doing the right thing by asking the question.
